Bilingual receptionists, medical interpreters, and doctors support you from booking to treatment. Consultations, investigations, prescriptions, and insurance paperwork can all be completed in Japanese for your peace of mind.
Experienced medical interpreting
Our on-site interpreter accompanies consultations with Dr Dion and can also assist with specialist referrals and online appointments. We provide remote interpreting support across Queensland, NSW, VIC, WA and all other states.

How to book a consultation
1. Book online or contact us
Reserve an appointment online, by phone, or via email. Same-day appointments are available by phone. Completing the patient registration form in advance shortens your check-in on the day.
2. We confirm your preferred time
Our reception team will contact you during clinic hours (Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00, Sat 9:00–13:00) to finalise your appointment details and answer questions about telehealth or insurance.
3. Relax while we support your visit
On the day, our staff will guide you through reception, consultation, prescriptions, and insurance documentation. First-time patients can complete any remaining forms with our assistance.
